Everything is perfect in this hotel, from staff, amenities, rooms, food, you name it—all are 5 stars rated. Staff are very friendly, from reception to butlers. Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.

Our room was a perfect retreat after a busy day; it was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We were genuinely impressed with the excellent value for money and how every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
