Staff, location, 5 stars hotel. All staff are super friendly. The manager Saeed is wonderful, made my stay, transportation and trips so easy. I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

The whole villa was amazing, it shows us that they put a lot of effort to maintain it. The garden is more than beautiful, there is a lot of fruit trees that the host allowed us to pick from whatever we wanted. The pool and the place were super clean, The hosts were very helpful and kind, I will definitely be coming back

The villa was very luxurious with all amenities available. Very clean. Pictures of the villa are accurate. Staff was incredibly hospitable and correct. They even went shopping for us and we did not have to pay for it!
