I loved the pools, the atmosphere and the facilities. Most of the staff were fantastic. The resort did not feel crowded even at near full capacity. Incredibly tidy and well kept. Great drinks and the food at the a la carte restaurants was exquisite. Calm vibe. Great acoustics between rooms.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. We visited this hotel 6 times, I would absolutely recommend it especially for families. It has a great choice and variety of food and drinks. There are lots of activities especially for kids like the aqua park. Rooms are very comfortable. The service is really outstanding. Pool area has entertainment during all day time for all ages. The beach is only a few min away which is also reachable by the hotel shuttle. The hospitality of the staff at Serenity Alma Heights is truly exceptional. Thanks to the front office team. Special thanks there to Ziad for helping us with every issue we had, you are really very hard working. You made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks a lot to the guest relation manager Corinna and to Maria. Both of them are super kind and helped us a lot in our vacation, we had a very comfortable stay.

Featuring a private beach area, Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is a 5-star hotel located in Soma Bay. It offers a heated outdoor pool and 2 restaurants. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always tries to meet your expectations. Nice and clean hotel. Very big bedroom for two with 2 large balconies with pool&sea view which was awesome!
