This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, from the welcome drinks to our special Head butler Hanna who took care of us from the moment we got here. Service and food was amazing we never had an empty glass or plate. Expect fine dining food portions- if in doubt order 2 they'll be more than happy to help. All restaurants included an all inclusive service. We recommend Casa Romana and the mandarin The resort is a secluded little paradise with plenty to do on site. The spa has now opened for massages, a must try!

Featuring a private beach area, Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is a 5-star hotel located in Soma Bay. It offers a heated outdoor pool and 2 restaurants. Loved everything it was just what we wanted. Everything super clean and maintained. Staff was wonderful and I would like to send special thanks to the bar manager Mohamed Attia. He gave me television access three days straight to watch the ATP Finals. I couldn't thank him enough. We would also like to thank Maged and Gamal at reception for their helpful assistance. Thanks also to Ahmed in the dining room, he always had a kind greeting and a smile We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend. Hope to come back. The beach was well equipped and not overly crowded. Plenty of room. We're Italian and our expectations for food is never very high in an all inclusive. They do a wonderful job, however

Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. Amazing hospitality and very good service. We had one incident which quickly got resolved and we had an even better experience in the end. The food is very fresh and really good we had no issues. The Turkish BBQ was phenomenal and the best we ever had.

This 5-star resort is located in the heart of Hurghada and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. Here are some of the things we appreciated the most: - the service is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, may it be in the restaurants, bars, at the pools / beach. - The various water worlds: we particularly enjoy the quietness of the quiet pool, it is very relaxing, despite the construction area beneath which we hardly notice; the water slides are great fun; the Olympic pool is a delight for swimmers.  - Food / beverage offer: great.  - Each bar has its own charm, especially at night with the beautiful lightnings. Sunset from the Bella Vista is gorgeous. - The room is spacious and comfortable.  I’m sure I’m forgetting to mention something noteworthy, but all in all we are very satisfied.  Even if the occupancy was high, nowhere was overcrowded, even in the Palm the crew makes it possible to get a table in the shortest of times.  So a big thumbs up and thank you to the whole team!
