The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious with a comfortable room right in front of the pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

The weather was perfect, enhancing both our beach and pool experiences, which were equally delightful. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Kind, helpful, and full of humor, Abd Al Raheem, Ahmed, Yahya, Abdo and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.
