The property features a year-round outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness centre and garden. The service is fantastic and all staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel feels brand new and very modern. We've dined mostly at culina/Alfredo and quality of buffet was generally very good. We didn't feel pushed into buying additional services though we chose to try some massages.

I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Everything is perfect. Especially we loved the all the facilities for kids and the beach for snorkeling. It is just 5 min to get there and very easy access.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. it was perfect holiday. we were 5 rooms all of us were happy and were served professionally by hotel staff. special thanks for Mr Rahim for his help, support and his daily follow up about the Holiday. he did a very good job. also, special thanks for Mahmoud the beach bar man. he was always around us asking for more drinks. Really all the staff are very Smily and helpful

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his excellent service and warm welcome. His made my experience at the hotel exceptional and made me feel comfortable, just like being at home , hotel is very nice the food and swimming pools was very good .
