Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

It was a beautiful and wonderful vacation, and Mr. Haitham was always at your service and in contact all the time to ensure our comfort and service. The hotel is also beautiful and has a wonderful view, and the location is excellent, as there are markets, shops, and a bank, and you do not need transportation because everything is very close to the hotel.

I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The hotel is wide and spacious, which automatically adds to a more relaxed vibe because there's no concentration of high noise levels at any time. The bay inside the hotel is an amazing addition to the 'beach holiday' feeling you get. The pools and the gardens around them are super well kept, and overall, the hotel is very clean. The à la carte restaurants all have a unique theme, and the food there is amazing. We had a great steak at the Mediterranean restaurant, well-made chicken tikka and garlic naan at the Indian restaurant, and an incredible piece of seabass fillet at the greek. Even the buffet has nice themes and is well taken care of. The staff..... Let me begin to say that everyone at this hotel works hard to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday. They make u feel right at home. It's also the way they receive u by saying "Welcome Home" when u arrive. We decided to have the posh club upgrade as well and let me just say we didn't regret it even for a moment. We arrived and were received by our butler, Mina, who took care of everything as he sat us down with a refreshing towel... I think they might have forgotten the champagne... Either way, we arrived at our room with a splendid view of everything and were told that anything we need at all, we just ask Him, Mina. This my dear friends, is an understatement, Mina served more like a Genie in a bottle than a butler, he literally granted us all our wishes and more as he gave excellent suggestions on how to make our stay even more pleasant. He constantly took the initiative, making sure we'd be well set every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I so we could enjoy Felucca's kitchen, who happened to be closed during our stay due to renovations. Mina, thanks a lot if you're reading this, we really had an incredible time, mostly thanks to you.

Little paradise under the sky. Very beautiful and comfortable. All is perfectly arranged and very efficient. Great staff to assist you with all you need.
