We had an amazing stay at Makadi Spa. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, and so spacious! We truly enjoyed our time, going for diving trips, relaxing at the private beach right in front of the hotel, and eating a lot of great food at the different restaurants. Our butler, Hanna, made everything so easy: he was very responsive to all our concerns and questions and took care of everything for us, so we could 100% enjoy our holiday. He truly made our trip wonderful. We had a great time overall, and would definitely come back!

This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. The hotel is amazing in everything. All the staff, especially at the reception and the restaurant, were friendly, kind, and helpful. I especially want to thank Mr. Ihab for his help and warm welcome. Check-in was very fast we got our room in about 15 minutes even though we arrived at 12, before the check-in time. The room was better than what we booked, and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the water slides. The food in the main restaurant and the snack restaurants was very varied and very good in taste and cleanliness. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned every day. We really liked the hotel and we will stay here again. The animation team is good, but they are not very engaged with the guests.

Excellent facilities. They provided us with packed lunchboxes for our onward journey to Cairo. The infinity pool is breathtaking!
