I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. Our experience at Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was excellent from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, terraces, and, most importantly, separate bathrooms with good doors (not glass), wonderful pools, very clean, bar staff and poolside staff do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food and desserts, lots of fresh fruit, and absolutely delicious smoothies made from mango, strawberry, and agave. They were magnificent. A very good gym, it has everything you need for a quality workout. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. And would love to visit this hotel again.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The food was good, with plenty of variety, and we were quite satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor facilities were excellent and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall. The gardens were especially beautiful and meticulously cared for, adding to the charm of the property.
