The location is excellent. The room might be a bit small, but it’s really nice. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are enough sofas and tables. I got a 2 bedroom apartment for my family . I love the place. Feels like home! Very spacious and clean. The apartment is just a walking distance to all the must see places. Would definitely book this again next time i visit prague. Would recommend adding bidet in their WC. A 9.5 for me! With bidet it would be a 10!!!

The hotel experience was fantastic since the start. I've reached out to let them know that our flights was earlier than expected - the room was not only ready at 12 noon, but we also got a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The morning of my wife birthday, while I did not ask for anything nor said anything, the staff brough to our table at the breakfast room a cake with a candle, 2 glasses of prosecco while singing happy birthday! It was the least unexpected and it show the attention to details that all the hotel staff had during our stay! Every some little gift was left in our room and are those little things that makes all the difference. Location wise it was perfectly located minutes away from both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We used the SPA the last day, and we regret that we didn't every day! It is small, but lovely decorated, with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. If back in Prague we would certainly go back at The Mark.
