The staff were really helpful, especially when we needed a very late check-in as our train got delayed by 3 hours (they have 24/7 check-in available). The place itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We had everything we needed, from coffee machines to towels. The location was perfect, couldn't ask for a better location; you go out the front door and you're practically in the centre. The breakfast so amazing, food was so good, and the staff were really attentive. I really recommend this accommodation, if I'm in Prague again I would surely stay here.

This was an amazing hotel! I will be more than happy to stay here again anytime. It was really a design hotel, everything was designed pretty smart and it was so beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and creative, not just simple options like in most of the hotels. It was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious, light and nice interior design, great location, wonderful delicious restaurant on site, spa and massage was excellent, super pleasant and helpful staff especially Bilal and Alexandra. We especially appreciated the upgrade offered by the hotel, which was really nice. And the little attention moments that waited for us in the room when we arrived (flowers, wine) and during the stay (chocolates, bath salt etc) felt really welcoming and made our stay memorable and unique. Thanks a lot to the hotel administration and to the staff that makes the experience of staying at the hotel so warm and wanting to go back.

Great location if you don’t want to stay in the heart of Prague. This hotel is located in a reasonable area from the main centre. Metro is right outside and you can be in Prague city within 12 minutes. Great fitness/wellness and big variety at breakfast buffet. Room was clean and staff were friendly and attentive.
