The hotel is clean and neat. Staff is very helpful and even is open for a conversation. Thanks to Olga for the friendly welcome and the discount for the upgrade to the penthouse. The view from the penthouse (7th floor, 1 stair from the 6th) is wonderful, overseeing the city, Prague Castle and many cathedrals.

Everything really.. The location, the hotel itself and the best bed I have ever slept in.. linen, mattress and amazing pillows..!! I have travelled extensively and stayed in many top-rated places but Grand Mark gets my vote, full marks for a heavenly sleep experience! The staff were so friendly and professional..

The hotel is not in the city center however metro station is just outside the hotel and it takes only 10 minutes approximately to get to the city. Rooms are nice, spacious and it was very clean. Its a nice hotel with modern aesthetic. We had excellent housekeeping service every day. Front office manager (cant remember the name) was there happy to help us with some information we needed. We would happily stay again in the future.
