The spa is small but cozy, and there were never many people there. Breakfasts were also very filling and delicious, enough until lunchtime, even with a lot of activity. The staff included two beautiful and friendly girls at reception who helped with all your questions.

I liked the fact that even if the weather is not perfect for a walk you can spend your day at the hotel SPA area were saunas and pool are amazing. It is very spacious. Highly recommended ! Especially if you like hiking.

Facility was delightful and very clean. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who coming to Zakopane. Underground parking was great. Pool was always crowded but that’s understandable for so many apartments in complex. My girlfriend describes it as “fabulous”.
