We really loved the surprising complimentary upgrade to a suite with breathtaking views of the valley. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making our experience truly wonderful. The hotel offers many activities, we especially enjoyed the horseback riding and the hike in Cocora Valley. The free forest bath tour was also a highlight. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, teaching us about Pachamama and local biodiversity. We even had the opportunity to plant a young palm tree, Colombia’s national tree, which was a memorable experience. Morning yoga with view is a must. Overall, we loved our stay. Highly recommende

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

Marcela and Alejandro were very helpful and kind and even helped to organise a taxi for us when needed. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance which were handy. We had dinner one of the nights which was freshly prepared and was super delicious. Similarly, the breakfast was super tasty with many local and homemade foods.

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

Guests staying at the accommodation have access to the on-site wellness area which includes a hot tub. We booked spontaneously and were so glad we did, we had the best stay here. The staff was kind and helpful, and the glamping site itself was amazing. We had a little garden area to ourselves, with a fire pit, bathtub, bathroom + shower, net to relax in, and the tent. Inside, the temperature was very comfortable, they had AC and a fan, everything was clean, and there was free water and coffee. They also bring breakfast to your tent in the morning, and dinner as well if you book it. We had no problems with anything and greatly enjoyed our stay, it felt luxurious but still connected to nature.
