From start to finish, everything was taking care of. Excellent hospitality by the family, more than tasty food at their restaurant and the drinks were perfect. Every detail had their highest priority. As a hospitality industry professional myself, I was very impressed.
We had been travelling in the amazon jungle for 4 days, this was the perfect place to relax afterwards.
We are both experienced travelers and both absolutely impressed by the location and mostly by the hospitality of its owners. HUGE RECOMMENDATION!

Hotel Amazon is located in the heart of Leticia, a few minutes from Amazon River on the border between Colombia, Peru and Brazil. It offers a hot tub, massage services and spacious bungalows.

The hotel is centrally located - 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi/tuk tuk and also minutes away from the boat terminal. Easy walk to Santander park. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms and good aircon and fans. Nice garden, where you can grab a drink from the hotel’s bar. We appreciated the choice of regional breakfast options (Colombian, Brazilian or Peruvian). Lovely and super helpful staff, who let us store our bags while we travelled out of town and advised on migration process between Colombia and Brazil. Thank you for making our stay nice, comfortable and easy!
