The Host ( husband and wife) are super friendly and helpful. The location is very closed to Disneyland. They provided shuttle to and from Disney with very cheap fare (own car driven by the husband) We were 4 of us tavelling with our twins . We went to Disney and came back very late, above 10 pm. The Host is very kind ordering food for us 2 days in row and waited for us until finished eating. The place is also convenient and quite. Room is big for 4 of us Breakfast was also good, made by the Host especially bread with egg and pao. We will come again when visiting Disney. Its a memorable stay for all of us thanks

Robin helped to sort out a possible earlier check-in and was very professional and nice. Will come back when possible next time and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful birthday at W hotel with my family. Our rooms are with stunning bund view. The staffs are helpful and kind. Check-in and checkout went very smooth. We will definitely come back!

Linen, bath robes, water and coffee are well provided.

Huge room with walking closed, separate shower and huge bath. Bedroom bus very huge as well, all is very well designed. View is astonishing, you can complete close curtains and enjoy your sleep in ocean of pillows. Breakfast very balanced, Asian and European food. And pool o 41st pool is. a MUST HAVE

The room was perfect, with panoramic views all over the place. Staying in China can be a bit daunting, but staying at The Kerry is an incredible experience.
