The accommodation offers a hot tub. EVERYTHING!!! The owners Lucas and Lily went beyond expectations and were extremely kind. Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a microwave, a kettle, a walk-in shower, slippers and a desk. The guest house offers certain units that include mountain views, and each unit is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. The units are equipped with heating facilities. We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

The staff there were very supportive and friendly. my left knee has problem and was not able to walk on a lot of stairs. They changed lower level rooms for me and my friend. They gave us an upgraded lodge room, which has a sunroom. Mr Qing the hotel manager helped us and provided support during our 3 days stay. Drove us and picked us up at the west gate of the park. The breakfast was included in the price, it was rich has a lot varieties . I particular like the heated swimming pool, surrounded with mountains, it was indeed very beautiful scene.

The hosts went above and beyond: they prepared herbal foot baths after long hiking days, customized a vegetarian breakfast with local wild vegetable dumplings, and even arranged a private bilingual guide who revealed hidden viewpoints ahead of tourist crowds. The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. If you seek authenticity over luxury, this family-run gem delivers soul-stirring moments you won’t find at chain hotels.

The moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beautiful, well-kept garden full of flowers. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had a very warm, homey feeling. The host was the highlight of our trip. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering us great local travel tips and even homemade tea. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a truly authentic and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and personal touch away from standard hotels. We can't wait to come back!
