I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of my time at this establishment. From the beautiful accommodations and stunning city views to the exceptional service and culinary offerings, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Spacious and bright, all guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary décor. They all include a washing machine, ironing facilities and an iPod docking station. Microwave, fridge, stove and kitchenware can be found in the well-decorated kitchen. Location couldn’t be better for foodies and business people. Staff are exceptionally well trained and have good mental health obviously, genuine greetings from everyone every day. Great problem solving skills and willingness to help to solve any minor problem we have. I was amazed at their ability to maintain such a good service and facility as well!

Great hospitality, attentive and quick actions, always greeting us with warm smiles and gave great recommendations on sightseeing. They prepared a complimentary birthday cake for my mum's 60th birthday and it made our stay memorable.
