It's classical roman/rococo styled but modern and clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really high quality esp the pastries and I really like it's on the open space 2nd floor. Everything is so relaxed and well organised. The room is spacious, well connected (usb-c) and bathroom is modern, separated, great shower. I really enjoyed the swimming pool which was good length with clean warm water. Even used the steam and sauna which has its own shower area. True 5-star hotel. Location is very convenient - walked to Forbidden City and regularly to Wangfujing and restaurants.

I was surprised at the location and sight of the hotel but the young lady at the reception was beyond helpful and made my stay easy and pleasant. The breakfast was great. There is a rooftop lounge to have a restful afternoon coffee. Peaceful and quiet in the mix of a busy area. The Buddha temple is very near.
