The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. I cannot mention anything was bad in the hotel, super perfect. Maybe the only thing that I was sad about is the price was high

The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. Location was excellent, the view from the room was beyond the dreams. Breakfast was so rich and organized.

The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

Restaurant had some of the best food we had throughout Switzerland. Room was really well appointed and very comfortable with incredible views of the village and mountains.

The owners have gone above and beyond with comfort and style! Nastolgie Bar is a must do as well!
