Everything was excellent. Super Comfortable bed, great A/C, friendly and helpful staff, amazing location, great food. Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Sumptuous architecture, antiques and fine reproductions steep guests in the glorious past in both public and private spaces. On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast

Enjoy the fitness, health and wellness facilities in the 2000 m² Fairmont Spa. Access to the Fairmont Spa is included in the room rate. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, fitness room, sauna and hammam. The location is great, and they have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the concierge services are impeccable! The breakfast is pretty good with a nice Buffett and egg station with a chef to cook your eggs. The shops on the first and second floors are nice and have some interesting options! Amazing views from the lakeside rooms! The wine tasting areas 20 minutes away by car are excellent!

The view, the facilities, the room and the staff were lovely
