I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The property includes 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children’s playground, and a fully equipped spa. Team are super amazing; specially serena de varese at the reception was also very helpful with luggage and explanation of everything we need. Roberto in the breakfast restaurant was amazing too. The resort is an excellent one with nice view and activities for both Adult and Kids (it deserves 2-3 nights only)

The hotel offers an indoor pool, a tennis court, 3 restaurants, and free WiFi. All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Luxury accommodation. Apatman is in a family house, you have the whole ground floor to yourself plus a beautiful garden and terrace. Located in a complex of family houses, you enter through a beautiful metal gate which you unlock so no strangers move in. Absolute privacy. The village is located above Lake Lugano, there is a small beach. Very nice owner. We spent 3 days here but I can imagine a much longer time, a great jumping off point for trips to other lakes in the area. Thank you.
