They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

There were two ventilators which helped immensely with the heat. The noise isolation is very good. Very good location, 5mins walk from Interlaken West train station, 10mins walk from the city center.

We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

The building has a charming traditional exterior with a nostalgic touch, while still being modern and well-maintained inside. The staff cleans the rooms daily, ensuring everything stays spotless. Breakfast was quite good, especially the cottage cheeses, which gave me a real taste of natural Swiss food. The train station is just 100 meters away, and from there it’s only three stops to Interlaken Ost, with easy access to other destinations—including Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch, the Top of Europe. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop for Line 105, which takes you directly to Interlaken West. Upon arrival, the hotel provides a tourist card that offers free public transportation within Interlaken, making it even more convenient to explore the area. They also lend umbrellas for unexpected weather with a small deposit, which is refunded when returned. Everything was excellent. it was a truly unforgettable experience for me.
