The location was good, close to the train station and the gondola station. The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Also, the restaunt in the hotel was excellent (a little bit expensive) and the staff helped us with the resevation I was there during my birthday and they gave me a small cake and a birthday card during breakfast even when I didn't let them know, that was a nice surprise :)

We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Hotel Caprice酒店位于伯尔尼高原（Bernese Oberland）Grindelwald山村的正中心，但环境极其安静，享有令人难忘的山脉景色。 酒店的舒适客房设有阳台或花园露台，享有雄伟的山脉美景。 酒店美妙的花园设有躺椅、藤椅和美丽的花卉装饰，并享有著名的艾格峰北面的独特景色。 酒店提供小点心，客人可享受100米外Hotel Alpina酒店的5道菜菜单折扣优惠。... 位置十分优越，在阳台就能看到车站（当然休息完全没有受到影响，非常恬静）。每天穿越漂亮的小道成为一种乐趣（抵达和出发提行李要走坡道，上坡有点辛苦，但是退房时我们只花了4分钟准点上车）。 友善和好客的Family Regula & Alexander Glarner以及团队❤非常感谢入住时的帮助，耐心的解答问题，以及每天早上美味的早餐。餐厅景色优美，早餐面包种类比较丰富，西式传统早餐都有，小份水果沙拉，苹果和橙子，最重要的，有煎蛋吃真的很幸福。 房间设施有热水壶很棒，有茶、咖啡，到格林德瓦后降温下雨了，但是房间足够温暖整洁舒适，没有潮湿感。房间空间够我们摊开28寸和24寸箱子还能走动。床头靠近屋檐，男生要注意不要撞头。最重要，我爱阳台，面对山坡美景，好想多待几天（晴天一定很美）。酒店有SPA、桑拿以及付费使用的特色火锅浴（比较遗憾只快速体验了SPA，有机会真的很想回来试试火锅浴）。 关于其他客人有提到的税的问题，现在入住时有当面提醒，退房前也有邮件提醒。 总之是温馨的家庭式酒店，除了没有电梯退房时提行李有所不便，以及瑞士高昂的入住价格，一切印象都很好。
