Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.

Clean, tidy, the foyer was amazing.

Other on-site activities for guests include bowling, tennis, horseback riding, and golfing. What is not to like it is iconic, beautifully organized, so much staff to help you. The rooms were beautiful. You don’t have to leave this hotel for the entire weekend. It is that beautiful and accommodating.

Every air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV. Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our 3 nights stay. Good location in town for find food and shopping.

Guests can enjoy a workout in the gym or relax in front of the fireplace in the lounge. Meeting rooms are available on site for guest use. Mount Norquay ski area is only 9 km away. Banff Gondola is 13 minutes' drive from Buffalo Mountain Lodge. Amenities are always fantastic here!!! Hot tub is always up to temp. The Prow restaurant always had delicious food. Complimentary coffee in the morning is always appreciated. We got smores this time for our room and it was such a great little snack to enjoy by our fire in our room.

Red Earth Spa is 2 minutes' walk from this hotel. Mount Norquay Ski Resort is 14 minutes’ drive away. It was excellent. The facilty was clean, room space was more adequate. I would stay again in this facility on my next vusit to Banff.

The facility is clean ,rooms are big and my room had a Jacuzzi which I really love.The staffs are friendly too,I had breakfast and it was just the best the for my kids in the morning.overall the hotel is a 10/10

Park in Banff Ptarmigan's heated, underground parking garage upon arrival. Store ski equipment in the Ski Room, then soak in a hot tub or relax in the steam room. Very comfortable. Reception staff really helpful checking us in very late. Views from the mountain room were magnificent with snow capped peaks. Bus pass and assistance was a bonus. Location perfect, Central walking distance to everything with bus stop across the road. Roam buses run frequenly from out front.

This property was perfect. Rooms were small and compact but all that we needed. They have a really nice coffee shop. The breakfast included was delicious, buffet style. The rooms were clean and had all that we needed.
