The location is super central, the staff is always friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities. The laundry service was a game changer for me! I liked the fitness room too and breakfast at the Azure Lounge was great. I also really appreciate the water machines on every floor.

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.
