I have traveled a lot around Bulgaria and stayed in a number of high quality hotels but this place is the best price to quality ratio. The lake is visible from every room and the view is hard to describe in words. It’s plain beautiful. The territory has numerous benches and tables to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There are also BBQ areas for guests. The spa and hot tub are also very nice. The nearby village has shops, restaurants, a gym, barbershop, atm, and everything else you may need during your stay. I have stayed for only two nights but will definitely come back in a month for a 1-2 week retreat to live here and work remotely. This place is truly amazing! 10/10!

Set in Shiroka Lŭka, 34 km from Yagodinska Cave, Shiroka Laka Hotel offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. The accommodation provides room service and free WiFi. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful with every request we had. Food was very good, too! We had a wonderful experience!

The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!
