We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.

I loved everything about this hotel - starting from the design, the staff, the restaurant, everything was very nice. It seemed like I am the only guest during the first night (Thursday), so I got all the attention and experienced the best hospitality I had ever experienced. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, although they could improve their dessert menu.

The staff are an 11 out of 10. They are all exceptional. We were very surprised, They are incredibly great at service and very friendly. English, Bulgarian, and Italian are spoken with skill.

A great and very inviting area within the hotel is the tavern with its open fireplace, where you can taste dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisines. For your morning or afternoon tea or coffee there is a beautiful winter garden. We really love the place and the staff, plus the food is really good definitely I would return again 🩷

Hotel facilities include a sauna, a relax center bath and a fitness area. Hotel is very comfortable, located in a beautiful area within the walking distance from ski lifts and ski pistes. We enjoyed sauna and outdoor jacuzzi and especially the food from the hotel’s restaurant. But the main thing here is extremely friendly staff providing excellent service to hotel’s guests.
