This hotel was the best. The staff (receptionist, waiters, cleaning lady ...) were all so kind and humane. The room was clean, big, comfortable. The hotel was fantastic - the room, the location, the surroundings. Everything is created to make you feel special. The staff was very helpful and for the first in Bulgaria, you can really feel that you are in a 5 star hotel! The SPA was also fantastic and very pieceful and relaxing.

The house is very clean, well-equipped and excellent deal for the price. It is close to the city center. We were able to wash our clothes and even work out. We were alone in the whole house, but it's very family - friendly for bigger groups as well.
