Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
