The hotel is clean, spacious room, indoor place for children to play is huge. All facilities are good. We enjoyed A LOT our stay with our 2 years old daughter. The restaurant can prepare you dinner with cost, but not expensive at all. Foods are super good. Both dinner and breakfast has a lot of options. Will definitely come there again!

Awesome stay! I had a lovely time with my mom. Really relaxing in the middle of the nature and by walking distance to the city center otherwise you can be there in 5 min by taxi. The hotel is very beautiful, big, spacious, comfortable, clean, it feels like home. So many plants and very green. The service is great. Very nice breakfast and we had our lunches and dinners there and the food and drinks were really good. The room is very spacious, with a cute terrace and we could hear the water from the river which was very peaceful. The swimming pool is lovely. I definitely recommend and will go back there if I come back to Sandanski.

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good.
