We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. Excellent location for exploring the centre of Bansko and easy to get in and out by car. Rooms nicely done and with very comfortable bed and pillows. Great walk-in shower. All very clean. Staff very polite and ready to help you anytime. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
