It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the heart of the center and in close proximity to the mountains. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The building exudes comfort, with well-appointed rooms. Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bansko was fantastic.
