The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. Very frendly and halpful staff, beautifull location, fantestic lakeview from the room. Lake excellent for swimming! Wellness area comfortable, not to crowded.

It’s a bit of a vintage style hotel, very cozy yet everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful sights from the room, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Enough play activities for kids, inside and outside. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Great pool area and outside jacuzzi with mountain backdrop is like a dream.

Second time here as we loved it so much the first time. Amazing hotel. Love the pool and spa area, the gym is great and the food (we paid extra for the evening meals) was awesome. Will defo be back again. And probably again after that!
