We had an outstanding stay. The hotel is simply marvelous, with great attention to interior design in common areas. We were offered an upgrade at a very convenient fare and were promptly moved to a better room. After checking in you can already enjoy the thermal baths, but what's great is that also after the check out you can stay the whole day in the public area! Please consider this when booking, it's such an asset. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented, at dinner, we tried both meat and fish. Welcome drinks and goodbye souvenirs for hosts are a nice touch and overall, the whole staff is friendly and eager to help: - I asked the receptionist for slippers which I hadn't packed and immediately got them - On the first night I called the reception and was provided with additional different pillows for better sleep - Towels and robes can be changed at any time at the public thermal bath reception - We asked for a transfer to the train station and got it free of charge Special mention to the bartender, we tried Negroni and Moscow Mule and they were both remarkable. Also, the resort is 5 min close to a nice local family-managed vinery where you can have lunch at - Weinhof Buschenschank Pieber. Amazing food and wines, great prices. We'll definitely come back!

Beautifully, modernly decorated and perfectly clean apartment, which offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Extremely kind and hepful owner. Free parking right in front of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key safe. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and with lots of possibilities for excursions, with restaurants and two supermarkets in the immediate proximity. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool. Allthough the apartment is right next to the road, the location is quiet, and the spacious terrace with comfortable corner furniture and a fantastic large whirlpool provides complete privacy. The perfect place to disconnect from everyday life for every recommendation.

I would come back to Austria just for this hotel! The views were incredible, and the rooms were modern and spotless. Anna, the owner, is one of the kindest and most professional people I've met. Her English was impeccable, and the service felt truly first-class. The restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever had—reasonably priced, though I would happily have paid more given the quality. Would recommend for families and couples!! Easily one of the best stays of our entire Europe trip!

All was perfect. Beautiful views from the balcony. All needed stuff in the minikitchen. All was clean inside and outside. Parking near the entrance.

Very clean, very comfortable, close to several ski areas! Great spa with hot jacuzzi and sauna. Family and dog friendly. It was a great vacation experience for us, we will definitely visit again!
