Fürstenhaus Am Achensee is a 4-star superior hotel located right on the shore of Lake Achen, offering panoramic views of the Alps. The 3,000 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views, various massage showers, and a large hot tub right above the lake. I have stayed in many hotels but this one was the best of all. Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

The staff make every effort to make your stay a delight. And no, I don't work here. It's just so rarely do I see all the details of a holiday destination unfold so beautifully. I wish I could give this place more stars.

Seriously everything. It is so well maintained and so comfortable. They put thought into every detail and have created a wonderful escape. The customer service was also exceptional. They make you feel very welcome

So many lovely personal touches to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the views stunning!

We’ve had a great stay: amazing location and view, extra large room (50 sqm) with patio, very tastefully decorated in smallest detail, friendly and helpful staff, food was also perfect as variety and fine dining. Also, large garage, with chargers for electric cars. Everything exceeded our expectations 🤩

The spa centre comes with a 215 m² large indoor and outdoor pool, several sauna, an aroma steam bath, and a relaxation area with outdoor access. A hair salon is available on site. A super nice hotel, top match between the quality and price. The hotel team was always very friendly, helpful and in a nice mood. The sauna and spa zone is brand new, everything super clean, big spacious rooms, smelling from natural wood. Even on busy days the people are somehow scattered around the hotel so it is never overcrowded. Location is breathtaking. Will definitely come again!

So too was the offer by the owner to drive our luggage to a nearby apartment that we had booked for a segment of our stay in Pertisau.

All rooms and suites are spaciously laid out and feature stylish wooden furnishings. Treat yourself to a culinary highlight at the restaurant, complemented by a fine wine. In summer, the garden or terrace are the ideal spot to marvel at the hotel's picturesque surroundings. The infinity pool offers panoramic views of Achensee. The facilities. The staff. The breakfast.

We really enjoyed the stay, it’s hard to say what we loved more about the house as everything was simply perfect. You have everything you need and above, starting with house supplies, games for kids, amazing sauna, ski slope in a 3 min walking distance. We strongly recommend this place! Hosts were amazing and helpful. We will definitely be back again.
