Bed linens and towels are provided. The staff (Shirley, Iris, and the wine guide) were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to explain. When we asked to change our room, Shirley immediately assisted us and even let us see several options. She also helped us book taxis and arrange wine tours at several wineries. The food was delicious, and the selection of wine labels was truly impressive!
