They thought about little things that create a differnce. For example - water filter that you can fill bottles before youi go a track. A very comfortasble ping-pong table that we used a lot while we where in the hotel.

Monica was a great hostess; she was so attentive to our needs, She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. She helped us as soon as we arrived at the airport and there were NO cars for us to rent because they had closed the roads (due to the high winds that day). She got right on it and helped us get a car that would get us to the cabin at least until a rental car became available. On that first day that we were stuck at the cabin, she recommended places for us to eat and get delivery. Then kept us up to date with the road closures, and gave us advice on where to go during our days there. Her animals are super friendly, the goad, the dogs, the cats. Everything in our cabin was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Thankful for this wonderful experience. Everyone was happy at this cabin with the amazing Lago Argentino views, away from the city but the "city" was maybe 10 mins away driving.

These were some of the best looking rooms we stayed in throughout our trip in South America. Facilities were excellent in terms of facilities. Kitchen equipment, beds, the bathroom, sockets were all excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled with another friend who had better accommodation for just a few pounds more. This would have easily accommodated us in 2 separate rooms and would have booked this for the three of us had we known.
