Mark and Linda were amazing hosts. They have many animals so our kid really enjoyed wondering around their property. In addition there was a big grassed area with stuff for kids. The room was very clean and the communication with the hosts was really nice and easy. Breakfast was good. While we were there they distilled some grappa from their wine and i joined them. For me it was really nice to see how they do it.

The property and the owner are exceptional. The restaurant serves great food and the location by the river is amazing. The entire staff were welcoming and friendly. The villa is clean and modern. We enjoyed the stay and will surely visit again in the future. The location is great and convenient, 10 min drive to the center.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Vila Alpini, such a great welcoming family run business. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The staff was so friendly and helpful and appreciated an extra hour for checkout plus complimentary water bottles during our entire stay. Great quiet location in the heart of Razem with many dining options in the area (given how small the village is). Would definitely stay here again! Thank you again to the owner and his family (esp his daughter) for making our stay, a very special experience - I will def recommend Vila Alpini.

The sunset was especially memorable — it was beautifully visible during dinner, right from the terrace overlooking the scenic Lake Shkodra. The food was delicious and felt homemade with care. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had to leave very early in the morning, and the hostess thoughtfully packed me a breakfast to go: a pancake, fresh fruit, and homemade strawberry jam. It was such a touching gesture. Thank you for the cozy atmosphere, attention, and hospitality!

The cabin was pleasant, though a bit small. Breakfast was limited, with a modest selection.

Northstar Villas was absolutely exceptional. The villa was in perfect condition, beautifully maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the Jacuzzi was the cherry on top. It truly lived up to its name, a real North Star experience. We had such a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.
