Wonderful place with wonderful people. The staff (especially the one in charge) only wanted one thing: that we had a great time and holiday. I have never seen a facility where they pay much more attention to your wellbeing than to your money, but now I found it. Absolute top!!

Location, on the way to Theth, was outstanding. Amazing newly built hotel was a joy to stay in and staff looked after us well. Beautiful views to the surrounding Accursed Mountains were stunning. Interior decoration of the hotel well thought out and modern, with the restaurant, indoor and outdoor delightful. Pool area relaxing. Snaking, tight and narrow road was a challenge getting there. Seems to be a destination for Albanians for lunch.

We had a wonderful experience in Vila Merak.The host was so friendly and helpful.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. The food was really delicious ! Everything was made from fresh ingredients, with local flair and expertise, beautifully presented. Absolutely awesome ! We highly recommend this.

Everything. Location, facilities and staff. Value for money including a generous breakfast to fuel we fools who trek the 1000m to the Valbona Pass. The views all round were superb. There was one young lady on staff who had super English and could not have done more to help. I even showed her how to make a Gin and Lemonade for my wife. Just lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the stuff very friendly and helpful! There was a misunderstanding with our booking and the receptionist did everything he could do help us, which we appreciate a lot and it made our stay wonderful!

Staying at Valbona resort and spa was really extraordinary! The room was as described with balcony and an astonishing view of the alps. The bathroom was huge and equipped with a bathtub. The room service was very professional and helpful. The next morning the breakfast as a buffet format, which it was fully with everything you might wish for breakfast. The pool and spa where just amazing after a short hile in the beaty of Valbona National Park…
100% I would recommend this place, definitely will be back!
