The staff was very welcoming. The manager is great, we were wondering about nearby cities to visit and places to see in Durres so he wrote a little list that would help us. The hotel is very clean and well managed. We needed an iron and the hotel didn’t have it when we arrived, but they bought one immediately the next day! Breakfast is buffet service with protein, cereals, breads, dairy and fruit! In the heart of the city, but no noise at all!!!

The view was spectacular. There is a terrace with a lovely panorama that can also be enjoyed from some of the balconies. The bed/ whole place were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super hospitable. Lots of space and a nice garden. Some silly turkeys a few houses away.

We spent 5 days at the Melia hotel in Durres. It is our pleasure to let you know that our stay was magnificent. The place, the pools, the villa we stayed in. All are beautiful taken care of. The breakfast was really good, served promptly and very tasty. The staff was always happy to help us with any enquires we had. The parking was safe, 50 meters from the hotel, in a securized yard, and it was included in the price.

The whole experience was very nice from the reception team, specially Eretha who facilitated the check in and offered 3 adjacent rooms and was very supportive , Ali helped us to the rooms , Louma and cleaning team , Admiral and the restaurant team were very supportive and offered great service , the hotel offered to us Royal breakfast in a special terrace , I don't want to forget anyone because everyone tried his best to provide the best service.
