The facilities are excellent — there’s a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi downstairs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Thank you to Odise, the manager, for the warm welcome and constant smile and help . And a big thank you to Ida at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism — she really made a difference. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I’ll keep a very positive memory of this trip thanks to the amazing people at Hotel Jako.
