Huge guest rooms, with all facilities in starting from coffee, tea, premium water, fruits. Everyone and all is welcoming in this hotel, even the washrooms ) Breakfast was amazing, with lots and lots and lots of varieties. Hotel location just in the middle of everything - shopping, restaurants. Will highly recommend and definitely will stay there again when in Riyadh

I'm afraid I can't remember all the staff one by one, but I'd like to give special thanks to the blonde lady at breakfast, the Lebanese gentleman in the restaurant service, the red-haired gentleman in the lobby, the gentleman who helped me with a problem with a tour booking, but especially all the staff and waiters on the floors and in all the service areas. You have made me feel at home, thank you!

Local excursions can be arranged by the tour desk. Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.
