The reception staff, the duty manager Ms Lida and the F&B manager Mr Hammoud made our stay enjoyable. Most of staff were always helpful and very cooperative.

The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. The rooms were amazing and the hotel ambiance was super luxury, not mentioning the perfect location too. One of my favourite boutique hotels in Saudi so far !!

I liked the personalized service that we received from the moment we entered the property the service was great. We were also upgraded to a room with a sea view and that took the experience to another level. The pool was amazing, the spa and jacuzzi were great and the beach was awesome.
