But this establishment surprised me, truly. The service and staff kindness are exceptional. The shuttle service to the masjid nabawi is a wonderful perk. The spa, swimming pool, sauna and hammam were flawless. The facility has a direct acces to the mega mall which made shopping etc extremely easy. Special mention to the entire staff working very hard, having a genuine smile and interest in our comfort. We felt like true honor guests from beginning to the end of our stay. We even had the honor to meet the general manager Ali Nasila which must be the most professional and kind person I ever met in the hotel industry. It was a pleasure staying there, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back. This stay has increased my trust in the Marriot chain.
