But the service is really outstanding - the staff has a personal touch and is always extremely helpful in any situation. By the way, breakfasts are top quality as well:)

Not a frequent traveller by any means but I've stayed at some very nice locations and The Emirates Palace is easily my favourite so far. The building, the beach, the pool, the restaurants and exceptional staff. 10/10 absolutely no doubt. The concierge team helped with me quite complex plans ahead of time and executed everything perfectly.
