The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, electric shutters on the windows and a kettle for hot drinks. Staff were friendly and the decor was lovely. Breakfast (included) was also delicious in the restaurant next door! For such a reasonable price, we were delighted and couldn't have asked for more 😃

A very good, clean hotel, with a nice large SPA zone. Swimming pool is very warm. Nice staff everywhere- at the reception, spa, bar, restaurant. And view is amazing! I love the location- in the heart of city, 15 minutes drive from the hotel is Rugova Canyon. Recommend!
