Azalea Sapa was easily the best hotel experience we had during our stay in Vietnam. It is very well located… very close to the town centre. The staff were amazing. We had a wonderful stay in Sapa thanks to the amazing staff of Hotel Praha. We went hiking into the mountains and came back every time, it became literally home away from home. They took excellent care of all our needs and were incredibly generous of their time and attention. My daughter even had a totally unforgettable birthday dinner thanks to all the Praha team. Everything. The location is perfect, about 8 min from Sapa by car or scooter, and the view to the rice fields is beautiful. It’s located right next to the beginning of the tracking path to rice fields. The staff is amazing, very nice people, always ready to help. Quite a new hotel, only 6 months old, with a lovely view down the valley from our window. Lovely buffet plus able to order a hot breakfast. No restaurant for lunch or dinner which was no problem for us. Nice little hostel directly across the road that sold yummy street food, which was handy as we were hungry after doing the overnight train from Hanoi. We are two senior ladies in our seventies, and whilst the property advertises only 250 or so yards from town centre, it is quite a steep walk, which we managed no problems, as there are shops along the way which we popped into, and just took it slow. However, like all footpaths or sidewalks in Vietnam, care is needed to negotiate uneven surfaces, and objects etc. We enjoyed our stay, and the view was lovely.

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
