The private bathroom was lavish, complete with high-quality toiletries and plush bathrobes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a high-quality mattress and a selection of pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent, guaranteeing peaceful nights. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their extensive knowledge of the area and thoughtful recommendations for local activities greatly enhanced our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly valued. The included breakfast was a sumptuous feast, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from international favorites to local specialties. Dining at the resort's restaurant was a highlight, with the chef's creativity and the quality of the food leaving us thoroughly impressed. Considering the exceptional quality of services and amenities provided, the cost of our stay was more than justified. All are good services here. Very helpful front desk 林兒 is always do me a favor about my stay and trip to Fansipan mountain. And arrange of the ticket for me. By the way the massage and the sauna are good here. The room is super clean . Also can use to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.👍 And the breakfast always delicious every morning . The nice service also in the restaurant. Super high recommended the wonderful hotel…

Very good location near the center,but not on the main street,so it was quiet,nice view. We arrived early morning, the manager provide us early check-in for extra money.The manager and all stuff were very nic, good breakfast.

The hosts were super welcoming and friendly. We had a great experience staying in the wonderful bungalows in scenic and peaceful surroundings. They were extremely helpful with our early arrival by the overnight bus from Hanoi. Wish we had planned a longer stay here. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, pool and spa, room bed was so comfortable and big, everything so clean and new. A big thank you to all the staff who were amazing in all areas of the hotel. Catherine the reservation manager was so helpful before we arrived and a special thank you to Linh who made our stay extra special with lots of information and help, so friendly and kind. Location perfect near Fansipan and a short taxi ride to Sapa town. Was a great place to relax after a busy day, views from our room of mountains and the infinity pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Everything. The location is perfect, about 8 min from Sapa by car or scooter, and the view to the rice fields is beautiful. It’s located right next to the beginning of the tracking path to rice fields. The staff is amazing, very nice people, always ready to help. We rented two scooters to explore and everything went perfectly.

The hotel is very central but quiet as it is on a side street. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and view. Good breakfast. David at the front desk was exceptional with suggestions and helping us to organise trips. Even though we had checked out we were able to leave our luggage and have a shower before going to catch the night train back to Hanoi.

Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
