Beautiful hotel - the view from the bar area is simply amazing. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The food is high quality - the breakfast buffet has a wide range of food (western and eastern) and the dinner was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. The hotel has a special entrance for the train to Fansipan - little bonus!😊 The pool is amazing after a morning "climbing" to Fansipan summit. The room are good size room, the bed is very confortable and the bathroom well equipped. The decoration throughout the hotel is amazing. Book a garden view as the street can be noisy.

The breakfast was quite spread. The chef was even kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for us. The staff was kind enough to get us the tickets for activities and arrange the cab. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sapa.

It is the best hotel in Entire Vietnam.. the staff went beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable and happy.. every time me come downstairs, we were offered herbal tea or fruit juice.. even for our way back to Hanoi they have given us fruit and water for our journey.. simply can’t imagine this kind of hospitality 💕💕💕

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Loved our spacious, aesthetically pleasing room with a nice bathtub with bath salt, and the view of surrounding mountains from the room. I also took advantage of their pool (I went there on a chilly day so I took a cold plunge but you get used to it and the view is great), jacuzzi (hot/warm water of course) and gym (has squat rack and more). Also enjoyed their breakfast buffet, and their Vietnamese food especially pho was pretty good. And I loved that they served banh cuon and that you can make your own cafe sua with Vietnamese coffee beans. The staff there is really friendly, sweet and helpful, and they hooked us up with a nice birthday treat for my mom! Thank you so much!! For what we paid, our overall experience far exceeded our expectations.

View and location - the view was as per the pictures. The location, while some may not like it as it's 10 mins drive from town, i love the fact it's away from the city. Cost per trip to the city is VND100k, and it is easy to get a cab back. Meals - Each meal is prepared with care and adorned with their local flora. Loved that their vegetables is farm to table. Whether it's BBQ or steamboat, they feed us well. Shower - Good water pressure and there's even a heater in the bathroom. Hospitality of every single employee - They were great hosts making sure each and everyone of us gets comfortable. Focus on environmental sustainability - use of eco products for their sheets and towels.

Quite a new hotel, only 6 months old, with a lovely view down the valley from our window. Lovely buffet plus able to order a hot breakfast. No restaurant for lunch or dinner which was no problem for us. Nice little hostel directly across the road that sold yummy street food, which was handy as we were hungry after doing the overnight train from Hanoi. We are two senior ladies in our seventies, and whilst the property advertises only 250 or so yards from town centre, it is quite a steep walk, which we managed no problems, as there are shops along the way which we popped into, and just took it slow. However, like all footpaths or sidewalks in Vietnam, care is needed to negotiate uneven surfaces, and objects etc. We enjoyed our stay, and the view was lovely.

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
